Terms of service

1. Publisher

2. Hosting

Site hosted on a sovereign server operated by L'Aube Étoilée inc. No third-party service (Cloudflare, AWS, etc.).

3. Service purpose

AubeMission is a drone mission request platform: quote, contract, electronic signature, payment, file delivery. Service open to individuals and professionals in Canada or abroad.

4. Financial terms

Floor: 300 CAD before taxes
Taxes: GST 5% (no. 713093946 RT0001) + QST 9.975% (no. 1230658818 TQ0001) per Revenu Québec registration
Deposit: 30% on signature, balance on delivery
Payment by card (Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer
No retention, fixed and definitive quote

5. Electronic signature

Online acceptance by entering the full name and checking the conditions box is equivalent to a handwritten signature under the Act respecting the legal framework for information technology (Quebec, L.R.Q., c. C-1.1).

6. Cancellation and postponement

Client cancellation under 72 h: deposit fully retained
Provider cancellation (force majeure): refund or rescheduling without fee
Weather postponement: new date within 7 days, no fee

7. Drone regulation

All operations comply with Transport Canada CARS Part IX. Flight performed by a certified pilot (Basic or Advanced Operations) according to airspace category. Systematic NAVDrone zone verification before each flight.

8. Rights and intellectual property

Client receives an unlimited-in-time commercial use license on delivered rushes and edits. The provider keeps moral rights and portfolio usage, unless a separate NDA is signed.

9. Insurance

The provider holds a professional drone liability insurance of 2,000,000 CAD covering operations on Canadian territory.

10. Jurisdiction

Applicable law: laws of Quebec and Canada. Competent court for any dispute: judicial district of Montreal.
